
We’re excited to announce that our Youth Rugby programs will be running again this fall!
What is Youth Rugby?
Minis Rugby is a non-contact, fun-first rugby program for children ages 4-9. It teaches rugby basics while emphasizing teamwork and participation in a safe and inclusive environment. Youth High Performance prepares kids ages 10-14 to excel at high school rugby. Both programs is led by Rocky Mountain Rogues players and coaches.
When and where is Youth Rugby?
Minis Rugby will be taking place at Giegerich Field (805 Knighton Road, Chapman Camp) in Kimberley on the following Saturday mornings:
September 5 · Free youth try rugby day
September 12 · 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
September 19 · 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
September 26 · 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
October 3 · 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
October 10 · 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
October 17 · 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
*Adult touch rugby will take place from 12:00 – 1:00 pm if there are enough numbers.
Who is Youth Rugby for?
We believe rugby is for everyone! However, this program is specifically for Minis ages 4-9 and High Performance Youth ages 10-14. We cannot make exceptions and apologize for the inconvenience.
How much does Youth Rugby cost?
Registration costs $70 and covers attendance at all six sessions.
The September 5 try rugby day is a free session offering an opportunity for youth to see what the program is all about!
How to Register
Step 1: Download this Minis Registration Form or High Performance Youth Form.
Step 2: Complete the form and email it to rockymountainroguesrfc@gmail.com.
Step 3: E-transfer $70 CAD to rockymountainroguesrfc@gmail.com to complete registration.
Payment must be made to complete registration.
